Coffees
It's simple, really: We love coffee.
But as you know, love is rarely a straightforward thing. There are trysts and arguments, delightful surprises and disappointments, kisses and tears. Sometimes you give yourself completely to your love, only to find that they have been cheating on you for two and a half years with your best friend. I think I'm still talking about coffee.
We love coffee so much that we taste a hundred different coffees for each one that we choose to roast and serve. We subject every coffee to a rube goldberg of taste tests to find the few that are truly capable of continuing our love affair with coffee. It would probably be nice if I were to say that this is out of some altruistic desire to share amazing coffee with the city of San Francisco and its environs, but then I would be lying. We are more selfish than that. We do it because we are the obsessive type of lovers, and we constantly want more and more, and we want it to be better and better.
